Cayuga
County Chamber wins Accreditation
Hearty CANYS
congratulations go out to the Cayuga County Chamber,
which has won Accreditation from the U.S. Chamber.
Terri
Bridenbecker led her team at the Cayuga Co. Chamber in Auburn
to Accreditation with Three Stars. 19 other chambers nationwide won Accreditation
for their sound policies, effective organizational procedures, and positive
impact on their communities.
U.S. Chamber
Accreditation recognizes an organization for its quality programs, clear
organizational procedures, and being a catalyst for positive action in
their community. To achieve accreditation, a chamber must meet standards
in their operations and programs, including areas of governance, government
affairs, and technology. This extensive self-review can take from three
to six months to complete.
